The ORIENTALYS project plots are gathered around a vast shared garden. All plots enjoy a lot of sun thanks to their southerly orientation.  The ground is rocky, covered with Oak trees typical of the Lebanese mountains.
 
The master plan of the development complex has been designed in order to offer the villas an optimum comfort in a suburban region.  In fact, all villas enjoy their own intimate outdoor space (private gardens and terraces), away from outsiders.

Inspired by the Levantine Mediterranean villages’ principles, the ORIENTALYS project has been designed with terraces closely following the mountain relief.  The houses have indoor courtyards which open to the bay view directly south.
