Like all projects developed by Greenstone, the ORIENTALYS project will be environment friendly. We have defined the highest possible fundamental principles in order to integrate the project into the local culture and the landscape. The building, in its conception, as in its layout and aspects, will offer all the possible comfort while controlling utility costs.  Being opened to the south-west dominating winds, the villa will benefit from natural ventilation, which is ideal in a temperate climate. The sun exposure will be optimum on the eastern and southern sides of the building. Wall isolation, double-glass windows and planted roofs will contribute to ensuring comfort at a limited cost all year long.

The villa will be adequately air-conditioned and heated, with a complementary use of solar energy.
